The client (taxpayer) understands that this online form is a collection of information necessary to complete and lodge taxpayer’s individual tax return.

You the taxpayer understand that the information from this form will be used to complete and lodge your income tax return, all returns are lodge electronically. It is your obligation to provide all necessary and relevant information to enable the processing of your tax return. The information provided by you is considered accurate, unless otherwise advised by you. TaxMax Accountants will be lodging your tax return from the online form, before we lodge the return your authority to proceed will be required, therefore we assume that you have checked the copy of you tax form, pdf copy will be e-mailed to you before lodgement. Once the form is authorised to lodge we will not accept responsibility for errors in the return if the errors are the result of your omission.

On the receipt of your online form we will advise you of the lodgment of your tax return, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail if you do not receive confirmation within three (3) days from submitting the form.

You agree that it is your responsibility to cover any cost of liability that may arise from inaccurate of misleading information provided to us. This means payment to Australian Tax Office for fines, penalties or any third party as it is required by law. You agree that TaxMax Accountants will not be liable for any breaches by you in regard to Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 or the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
